How long will my order take to be processed?

The lead time for an order of non-customized flags is two weeks. The lead time for numbered flags is three weeks and flags printed with your logo will take four-five weeks.

Can I add my logo or numbers to the flags?

Yes! We can add a number, letter or any sequence you wish to the flags in any color and we can print your logo on the flags. We can screen print in up to two colors per side. If your logo has more colors, our graphic design team can work to reduce the number of colors in your logo or we can print on a vinyl decal in full color.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment – Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Discover, wire transfer, business checks and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged immediately after your order is placed.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an confirmation email after placing an order. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further questions which you may have.

What is the return policy?

Because each product is custom-made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any defect in the product, including clamps, screen printing, or numbering, within three (3) years of purchase, we will replace the item at no charge.

To process a replacement:

  • The defective product must be shipped back to us so we can inspect and identify the cause of the issue.

  • Once the product is received and verified as defective, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.
